  Mr. Donahue is a great lawyer and I would recommend him to anyone facing criminal charges in this, or surrounding, areas. He was honest with me from the very beginning. He gave me a consultation over the phone, which a lot of lawyers won't do anymore. He even gave me names of other lawyers to talk to if I felt that he couldn't handle my case. Needless to say, after talking to a couple of other attorneys, I came RUNNING back to Mr. Donahue. His rates are very competitive and he treats me like a person, not just some criminal. He is attentive, compassionate, listens to everything I have to say, and is even able to calm my worries, fears, or doubts. He works hard to get the best possible outcome for whatever you may be facing. I hope that I will never need a lawyer again, but if I do Mr. Donahue will be the first person that I call.

  I’ve had two occasions to use Mr. Donahue’s services – once for a traffic case in Currituck Co. and more recently for a traffic case in Dare Co. Each time all I had to do was fill out a couple of short forms and he took care of the rest. I didn’t have to worry about my cases, I didn’t have to travel back and forth to the courthouses and (the best part) I didn’t have to testify in open court. And the results? Both cases were resolved in my favor, and the outcome of the most recent case exceeded even my expectations. Bottom line is that I’m extremely pleased with the representation I’ve received from Mr. Donahue. I would not go into court (even traffic court) without an attorney, and I would want that attorney to be Danny Donahue.
